A pre-dawn start got me up to Skyline drive for a nice sunrise. It was super windy up on top and there were a bunch of deer hanging out on the side of the road.
My bike overlooking the town of Sperryville. The start of the hike is just down the road.
Corbin Cabin. Mr Corbin was one of the last people to be forced out of the park.
The ride back was very nice. Kind of warm (45*), sunny, and the wind died down. I felt like a hooligan pulling away from this stop. There was a bit of mud on the tire, so I was a bit sideways pulling out.
There was still some ice flows here and there. At the end of the tunnel, there was a huge ice patch. I'm glad they salted it earlier in the day. I took the long way home and enjoyed every minute. _________________ Kervin

Curve,
Great ride, and pics! It's great to see some folks can ride this time of year, when others of us are looking out at so much winter!
