IIRC #5 goes across the top of the air box, the "finger" looking section sits along side of the long part of #2.

Don't tell me let me guess, it fell out when you weren't looking!
On an RS that part goes under the right hand side panel.
The rounded part (on the bottom in your diagram) slides into one of the hollows formed in the crank case cover for the attachment bolt. I believe it would be the third (3) one back from the front. Not the one by your oil filler cap but the one just forward of that one. It seals around the rear support bracket for the side panel.
