| I just want to say that 2 days ago I read that one should by their tires locally so that you can check the manufacturing date to ensure you get fresh tires. Then I realized that there is a shelf life by taking Lee Parks ARC. Then I really thought, "oh shit, what did I just buy?" So they came in today and the first thing I did was look at the date code. one was 2413 and they other was 1713. whew and here I thought I was going to have to send them back because I was thinking that since they were so much cheaper they must be outdated. Maybe I just lucked out this time. |

Even when you buy from larger (and I use the term carefully here) reputable tire vendors, you still want to check the date code before you install them.
Just because they may sell more, doesn't mean that they are selling more of your size/brand......it could still have been setting there a while. _________________ Ride safe.
