Ok I'm new to the boards but I have been lurking for some time. I'm not new to k bikes had a 91 k100 for 8 years with just the usual quirks associated with that model. Now new to me is a 93 k1100rs with a morning issue. When trying to start the bike in the morning after sitting all night the bike will not start on the first try sometimes not even the second try. But it will start, warm up[ nicely and ride all day with no issue. Can stop and start with out any problems hot or cold just in the morning it just does not want to start easily. Have done the following new fuel filter new odyssey battery checked cleaned and greased all conections and grounds, recent fuel pump and lines. The only thing that seems to help is if I toggle the kill swich and let the fuel pump cycle a few times then it will fire right up. Also the tank will not presurise all conections have been accounted for but no rush of air from the tank???
any help would be greately apreciated _________________ 93 Krs

Found it. This morning the bike had nothing electrical working except the clock. After making several call's one to Beemer boneyard I tracked it down to the ignition switch. Pressed on it and bike came to life easy fix if you do it youre self... _________________ 93 Krs
