Hi Folks
First post: My ABS light comes on after 20 miles doing 70-75MPH.
This does not happen all the time. Where do I start?
Thanks, Hangtownjim |

Hangtownjim, have you checked the sensor gaps on your '97 LT with 43K on the clock? Kinda strange it only does it at 70mph though. Which light is it, the red one in the middle or the orange/yellow lights on each side. If it's the orange lights, are flashing alternatively?
Have you read this int he Tech Sticky section?

My mistake - I've become used to looking at signatures- I missed that info in the topic!!
Have you checked basic stuff:
-the wheel sensor gaps
-battery voltage
-ground wires
Is the light on steady or flashing? _________________ John & Cathy

Clean the ABS sensor faces and double-check the gaps. _________________ 93 LT (x2)
