Does everyone know when you order parts from Max BMW they send you a package of M & Ms with your order?

How cool is that?

Stuff like that people notice and do not forget.

I love getting it in the package, it's like a little chocolate surprise. Laughing

Actually they just charged you $30+ for a bag of M&Ms and threw in a couple of fork seals for free.

Recently I bought a new final drive boot from them and two new retaining bands. The larger front band fit perfectly but the back one absolutely would not go around to get the little screw started. After a couple of emails they sent me a free zip tie and said the newer bike are going to this. Actually looks better than the little silver bands. Great service and more M&M's! Cool

At their margins they could probably afford to throw in a slab of New York steak.
